Aspire Early Education is seeking passionate and dedicated Diploma Qualified Assistant Educators and Room Leaders to join the opening team at our brand-new Aintree centre.

Room Leader (Part-Time - Up To 37.5 hours)
We're looking for one more experienced Room Leader to join our team.
This role is ideal for an experienced early childhood professional who is confident leading a room, mentoring educators and delivering high-quality educational programs that support children's learning and development.
Assistant Educators (Part-Time - Up To 37.5 hours)
We're also looking for a number of Diploma Qualified Assistant Educators to join our growing team.
You'll play an important role in supporting children's learning and development, building meaningful relationships and contributing to a collaborative, nurturing and engaging learning environment.

About You Room Leaders
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Educator
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
Assistant Educators
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
For All Roles
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- GECCKO - Foundation & Advanced
- Positive, professional and cooperative approach
- Availability to work on a 5-day rotating roster between 6:30am and 6:30pm
