If you’re an Occupational Therapist living on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, this is an prospect to build your career without spending your week commuting across Sydney.
Join an established paediatric private practice with a long-standing caseload, strong client retention and a large team of Occupational Therapists.
You’ll initially work predominantly from a purpose-built clinic near Manly, giving you time to settle into the team and your caseload before incorporating a small amount of community, school, preschool and telehealth work.
Your Week The practice focuses on keeping workloads manageable rather than pushing excessive billable targets.
- Approximately 5 client appointments per day
- Around 25 appointments per week
- One-hour lunch break
- Established caseload and referrals
- Administration support
- Minimal community travel initially
- 8:00am–5:00pm Monday to Thursday
- 8:00am–3:00pm Friday
You’ll work with children, adolescents and an expanding young adult caseload up to approximately 25 years old.
Presentations include Autism, ADHD, emotional regulation, sensory regulation, motor development, social participation, self-care,
school participation and executive functioning.
Join a Proper OT Team. You’ll work alongside more than 10 Occupational Therapists, supported by Team Leaders, a Therapy Manager, Practice Manager, administration and marketing.
Support includes:
- Weekly 1:1 supervision

The clinic itself includes a large sensory gym, dedicated therapy rooms and extensive paediatric resources.
About You You’ll need:
- AHPRA registration
- A genuine interest in paediatrics
- A driver's licence and access to a car
- Confidence communicating with children and parents
- Open and straightforward communication
- The ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit OT team
- Occupational Therapy qualification
