The Land Enterprise Delivery Coordinator is an active, field-based role leading the on-the-ground delivery of ETNTAC’s fee-for-service contracts and land restoration projects to drive commercial, cultural, and employment outcomes for Wudjari people.
Working closely with the Land Enterprise Coordinator and HLSP General Manager, the role translates project scopes, contracts, and funding commitments into daily site operations, task schedules, equipment readiness, and secure work plans. You will work side-by-side with the Team Leader and Rangers in the field, ensuring works are delivered efficiently, safely, to high technical standards, aligned with client, regulatory, and ETNTAC requirements.
This position demands practical, hands-on leadership across active worksites—including seed collection, revegetation, land restoration, and agricultural asset maintenance. You will actively mentor crews on the tools, monitor job-site productivity and safety, liaise with clients on-site, and resolve operational bottlenecks as they arise.
Based in Esperance, the role requires frequent travel and sustained fieldwork across the Esperance region.
