You’ll join an ADHD, psychiatry and psychology clinic, providing focused specialist assessments for patients who have already been comprehensively worked up by our GPs.
Before you see the patient, the initial history, ADHD assessment, relevant screening questionnaires, collateral information and available investigations are collated and provided to you in a structured format.
You’ll receive a explicit clinical summary and defined referral question, allowing you to focus your time on specialist assessment and clinical decision-making rather than starting from scratch.
Common referrals are: 1) diagnostic clarification, 2) clarification of psychiatric comorbidities, and 3) advice regarding suitable ADHD medication
Our GPs manage ongoing treatment and follow-up where clinically appropriate.
