Claims Coordinator

Brisbane Inner City | Monday to Friday | $40 per hour + super | 6-Month Temporary Assignment | Immediate Start

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded residential insurance repair business, delivering exceptional outcomes through technical expertise, customer-focused service, and innovative technology. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Claims Coordinator to join their collaborative team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Working closely with Project Managers, Assessors, Supervisors, Trades and Insurers, you will play a key role in ensuring residential insurance claims are managed efficiently and customers receive a high level of service throughout the repair process.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Coordinating and progressing residential insurance claims
- Managing inbound and outbound customer and stakeholder communications




- Updating claims information across company portals
- Liaising with customers, insurers, trades, and internal teams
- Responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Building strong stakeholder relationships to ensure positive customer outcomes
- Supporting the wider team in achieving performance targets and service standards

About You:

- Previous experience in administration, coordination, customer service, claims, or a similar role
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Confidence engaging with a variety of stakeholders
- A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- A positive attitude and desire to contribute to team success
