Rarely does a payroll opportunity offer the chance to completely transform a function from the ground up. Our client is a high-growth ASX-listed mining organisation that continues to go from strength to strength. With significant growth plans, a strong market position, and an exciting future ahead, they have established themselves as one of the most sought-after employers in the resources sector.

What truly sets this organisation apart is its culture. The business has built an environment where employees are trusted, supported, and genuinely enjoy coming to work. This is reflected in outstanding staff retention rates, strong internal engagement, and a team-oriented team culture. Employees are given the opportunity to make a real impact while benefiting from the stability, career development, and long-term opportunities that come with being part of a growing listed organisation.

Due to continued growth and an upcoming transformation project, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced senior payroll skilled to join the team.

As a result, this role would suit a payroll professional who enjoys continuous improvement, thrives in project environments, and is passionate about creating scalable and efficient payroll processes.

Outside of payroll processing and project responsibilities, you will also provide occasional support to the wider finance team with ad hoc accounts and finance-related activities during non-payroll weeks.
