My client is a well-established Australian business specialising in the onsite servicing and replacement of hydraulic and industrial hoses, fittings and associated products.

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Mobile Service Technician to join the team based in Springvale, VIC.

This is a field-based role suited to someone with experience in mechanical fitting, hydraulics, hose assembly, fluid power or a related trade.

About the Role:

As a Mobile Service Technician, you will travel to customer sites throughout the local area, providing onsite hose assembly, installation, servicing and replacement.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Attending customer sites for hose servicing and repairs
- Assembling and installing hydraulic and industrial hoses and fittings
- Using hand tools and service equipment
- Maintaining and operating the Mobile Service Unit
- Completing service documentation and work orders
- Providing professional customer service
- Following all safety procedures
- Participating in a rotating on-call roster

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in mechanical fitting, hydraulics, fluid power, hose assembly or a similar field
- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills




- Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment
- A current manual Australian driver's licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- A strong work ethic with a focus on quality and safety
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full working rights in Australia

Desirable

- Hydraulic hose or fluid power industry experience
- Experience with hydraulic hoses, fittings and associated products
- Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or a related qualification
- Hose Assembly & Installation or Fluid Power qualifications

Training will be provided where required.
