Our venue features busy bars, a well-appointed gaming room, and a large, high-volume bistro—so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

About the role:

- Prepare and deliver high-quality meals in a busy bistro setting

- Work collaboratively with a supportive kitchen team

- Maintain high standards of food safety and presentation

- Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment

About you:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen

- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Versatile availability, including nights and weekends
