Join the team at Choji Yakiniku, Chatswood

Love good food, good company and a buzzing floor? Choji Yakiniku is an authentic Japanese BBQ restaurant in the heart of Chatswood. Guests grill premium wagyu at the table, share platters with friends and family, and leave happy. Dining here is fun and relaxed, and we want our team to enjoy it as much as our guests do.

We're entering an exciting new chapter at Choji, and we're looking for people who want to help shape it.

Available Positions:

- Supervisors (full-time or casual): you'll lead your own shifts, run the floor, open and close the venue, and make sure every guest has a great night. You'll share responsibility for the venue with the rest of the leadership team.

- Floor Staff (all levels, casual): you'll welcome guests, guide them through the menu and the grill, and keep the energy up through lunch, dinner and events. Experienced or just starting out, we'll train you.

What we're looking for:

- A warm, upbeat attitude and a genuine love of hospitality

- Reliability and pride in your work

- Assistant Venue Manager: proven experience leading a team in a busy restaurant, confidence with rosters, stock and costs, and a hands-on approach on the floor

- Supervisors: some experience leading shifts or a small team

- Floor Staff: restaurant experience is a plus, but attitude matters most

- A valid NSW RSA Competency Card (Assistant Venue Manager: Approved Manager status is a plus)

- Availability for a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
