What’s the Role?
We’re looking for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse who is ready to grow their skillset and expand into Return to Work (RTW) Coordination. Flexible work days and times available.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making a meaningful difference every day.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
• Completing Pre-Employment Health Assessments for a diverse range of clients and industries.
• Delivering one-off assessments, such as ergonomic assessments and manual handling training.
• Preparing and submitting high-quality reports within agreed client SLAs.
• Ensuring 100% compliance with internal policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Working across varied office locations and workplace environments to meet client needs.
• Providing support to the Return to Work (RTW) team, including liaising with stakeholders, and assisting with Recover at Work Plans.
What You Bring:
• AHPRA Registration
• A valid Australian Driver’s License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
• Return to Work Coordinator accreditation or willingness to obtain it.
