The Opportunity:

We have casual opportunities available for experienced Poly Welder/Operators to work across Western Australia. FIFO rosters are flexible and project-dependent, typically ranging from 8/6 to 2/1.

These roles involve working on Pilbara mine sites, so we are seeking reliable, safety-conscious team players who are physically fit and enjoy hands-on work in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Key responsibilities:

- Perform butt fusion welding of HDPE pipelines in line with project and safety requirements

- Operate machinery and equipment relevant to pipe installation and site works





- Conduct pre-start checks and maintain equipment in good working order

- Ensure quality of welds meets industry standards and project specifications

- Work collaboratively with the crew to meet project milestones

- Comply with company HSE standards, policies, and procedures

About You:

- Experience working in a similar site role within the construction/mining or similar industries

- Construction White Card

- Current unrestricted driver’s license

- Commitment and a strong attitude towards safety requirements and culture

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

- Poly Welding ticket (Butt and Electrofusion) - (PMBWELD301E, PMBWELD302E and PMBWELD309E)

- Able to pass a Police Clearance

Desirable criteria:

- IT loader ticket/ Excavator/ Skid Steer/Tele Tickets

- Working at Heights

- Confined Space

- High Risk Work License – Dogging at minimum.

- HR licence
