Looking to build your career in real estate? Ray White RPG is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Leasing Consultant / Property Management Assistant to join our team.

Key responsibilities

- Respond promptly to prospective tenant enquiries and arrange and conduct property inspections.

- Process rental applications, complete reference checks and assist with tenant selection.

- Complete ingoing condition reports, routine inspections and outgoing inspections.

- Coordinate routine maintenance requests and follow up with tenants, landlords and tradespeople.

- Monitor rent payments and assist with arrears follow-up in line with office procedures.

- Keep landlords and tenants informed with clear, regular updates.

- Maintain accurate property records and work closely with senior property managers.

About you

- A current NSW Certificate of Registration in real estate or NSW real estate agent licence is required.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.





- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- A basic understanding of NSW residential tenancy requirements.

- Confidence using technology, with experience in real estate software helpful.

- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to working as part of a team.

- Previous real estate experience is welcome, but motivated entry-level applicants who hold the required certificate are encouraged to apply.
