ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking a Casual Retail Sales Associate to join our Sydney CBD team. You’re a team player with a positive, can-do attitude. You live and breathe fashion and are the first to know about the next big trend. You can think on your feet, love a chat, and problem-solve like a pro.

KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Able to work collaboratively with team members

- Experience in the retail and fashion industry is preferred but not required

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to obtain strong product knowledge

- Able to multitask and provide excellent customer service to multiple customers

- Have the confidence to style customers and introduce them to new products

- Passion to challenge yourself to achieve company and personal objectives

- Driven to learn more about the fashion industry and the ethos of our brand - sustainability is a BIG part of who we are (we're a certified B Corp), and we want you to be as passionate about it as we are

- Availability to work weekends and late nights.
