AAOK Karratha Caravan Park is on the hunt for an experienced, hands-on Management Couple to join our team in sunny Karratha.
This isn’t a “sit in the office and point at things” kind of role.
We’re looking for a capable couple who can work together to keep a busy workforce accommodation facility and caravan park running smoothly - from reservations and guests through to maintenance, problem-solving and everything in between.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Ideally, between the two of you, you’ll bring:
- Caravan park, accommodation or hospitality management experience
- Management experience in a workforce camp will be HIGHLY regarded
- Office management, reservations and administration experience – experience with reservation/booking systems is highly regarded. We use RMS on our sites.
- A trade, maintenance or solid hands-on background – someone who can look at a problem and think “Yep, I can sort that” is exactly what we need
- The ability to manage staff, contractors, guests and the occasional curveball without losing your sense of humour
- A genuine willingness to be hands-on and jump in wherever needed

We’re not necessarily looking for two people with identical experience. If one of you is brilliant with people, bookings and administration, and the other is happiest fixing, maintaining and getting things done, you could be exactly the combination we’re after.
