As the Christmas retail season approaches, we are looking for passionate, customer-focused and sales-driven Christmas Casuals, Makeup Artists and Fragrance Brand Ambassadors to join our Sydney team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across some of Sydney's busiest and most prestigious retail locations during the Christmas trading period, with opportunities for ongoing casual work beyond Christmas for solid-performing team members.

About the Role

As a Christmas Casual, Makeup Artist or Fragrance Brand Ambassador, you'll play an important role in representing premium beauty and fragrance brands while delivering exceptional customer experiences during one of the busiest retail periods of the year.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service and personalised beauty consultations.

- Demonstrating and recommending premium fragrance, skincare and cosmetic products.

- Creating memorable customer experiences through engaging product knowledge and storytelling.

- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs.

- Maintaining exceptional grooming, merchandising and visual presentation standards.

- Representing luxury brands with professionalism, confidence and integrity.

- Supporting Christmas campaigns, promotional activations, product launches and retail events.

- Working collaboratively with retail partners and the OSMP management team.

- Completing daily sales reporting and operational requirements.

- Supporting busy Christmas trading periods, including weekends and late-night trade.

Christmas Casual Opportunities





Our Christmas Casuals will play an important role in supporting our clients during the busiest period of the retail calendar.

You may be rostered across:

- Christmas beauty and fragrance campaigns.

- Gift-with-purchase and promotional activities.

- Fragrance and cosmetics counters.

- Pop-up activations and shopping centre events.

- Peak trading days and late-night Christmas shopping.

- Weekend and public holiday trading where required.

High-performing Christmas Casuals may have the opportunity to continue working with OSMP after the Christmas period.

Working across multiple retailers and locations offers variety, exposure to internationally recognised beauty and fragrance brands, and opportunities to broaden your retail experience while developing your career with OSMP.

About You

We're looking for candidates who have:

- Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, skincare or premium retail sales (preferred).

- Makeup Artist qualifications or professional experience (highly regarded).

- A passion for beauty, luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer service.

- A confident and engaging approach to customer interactions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A strong sales focus with the ability to achieve and exceed KPIs.

- Professional presentation with exceptional grooming standards.





- The ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.

- Availability to work weekdays, weekends and late-night Christmas trading.

- Multilingual candidates are highly regarded.

Previous luxury retail or beauty experience is preferred, but we are also interested in enthusiastic Christmas Casuals who have the right attitude, energy and passion for customer service and sales.

- Competitive hourly rates from $34.00 to $50.00 per hour + 12% Superannuation.
