With company values that support relationship building with owners, tenants, clients and our people, we are seeking to add to our team with a capable and detail-driven Commercial Sales & Leasing Coordinator.

This role sits at the heart of the business and is responsible for coordinating campaigns, managing documentation, maintaining databases and ensuring compliance across commercial sales and leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Based in Sydney’s Inner West, our central location allows us to work across the broader metropolitan area, supporting property owners and tenants through every stage of a property’s lifecycle. Key responsibilities of the role include:-

- Coordinate new commercial sales and leasing listings from instruction to launch

- Manage the end-to-end setup of campaigns, including advertising, signage and photography

- Prepare, manage and update listing descriptions, brochures, term sheets and marketing collateral

- Manage owner, tenant and enquiries and databases

- Prepare agency agreements, sales proposals and campaign documentation





- Support trust account management with payment receipts, reconciling, and transaction oversight

- Assist with sales advices, invoicing and liaising with solicitors

- Produce campaign performance and vendor reports in addition to participation in weekly sales and leasing meetings

- Ensure all documentation and processes comply with Office of Fair Trading requirements

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this position, you will possess:-

- Previous experience in a real estate sales or leasing administration role

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Confidence managing multiple campaigns and deadlines

- Clear and professional written and verbal communication

- Experience with databases, documentation and compliance processes

- A proactive, reliable approach and robust team focus

- A current driver’s licence
