Signature Wellbeing in Malvern is looking for a motivated and passionate Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the health and wellbeing of our community while working in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist chiropractors with client scheduling and time management

- Greet clients, answer phone calls, and manage inquiries in a friendly and professional manner

- Handle client payments and manage patient appointments with attention to detail

- Make phone calls and help with lead follow up with our marketing

- Ensure a positive experience for all clients by addressing their needs and making them feel welcome

Skills & Experience:





- Excellent phone manner and communication skills

- Experience with calendar/appointment software and/or client CRM systems is preferred, though not essential

- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and multitask in a busy workplace

- A friendly and professional attitude with a strong customer service focus

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

Availability & Hours:

- Flexibility is required for morning and evening shifts

- Initially, the role will consist of two 5-6 hour shifts per week, with an increase to over 20 hours from the start of December

- Must be available to start in November
