The Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Store Persons to join our team at the Warners Bay Distribution Centre.

This casual role is ideal for anyone seeking flexible work—whether you are building a career in warehousing, studying, balancing family commitments or looking for additional hours. We offer rostered shifts across days, afternoons, evenings, nights and weekends to support both our operational requirements and employees’ need for flexibility.

As part of our fast-paced warehouse team, you will receive, pick, pack and dispatch goods accurately while maintaining high standards of safety, service and attention to detail.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can support our peak trading periods and offer flexibility throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders

• Receive, inspect and process incoming stock

• Prepare and label products for dispatch

• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently

• Assist with stock counts and inventory control activities

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment

• Follow workplace procedures and safety requirements

• Contribute to achieving daily operational targets and service standards

About You

You will be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety.

Ideally, you will have:





• Previous warehouse experience highly regarded

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A willingness to learn and follow procedures

• The ability to perform manual handling tasks and work on your feet throughout a shift

• A positive attitude and dependable approach to work

• Forklift Licence (LF) highly regarded, or a willingness to obtain within 4 weeks of employment

• Availability to work a range of shifts, including weekends when required
