Do you thrive on building community, leading from the front, and creating a high-energy environment? This could be your next big move.
We’re on the lookout for a confident, motivated, and people-focused leader to join our West Region team as Club Manager.
? About the Role
As Club Manager, you’ll be the face of the club — driving results, creating a welcoming space for members, and leading with positivity and purpose.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing all club operations, sales performance & member experience
- Leading and mentoring a small team of casuals or PTs
- Creating engaging local content (think stories, reels, interviews)
- Running community outreach and pre-sale activations
- Hitting KPIs with authenticity and passion
? Who We’re Looking For
You’re a natural leader and people-person, and you’re excited by:
- Starting conversations and building genuine connections
- Being on camera and sharing content that gets people engaged
- Driving sales with confidence and heart
- Taking ownership and creating a club workplace people love
- Working in a team that’s all about fun, results, and real impact
⭐ Bonus: Fluency in Vietnamese will be a big advantage in connecting with our local community!
? No Resume Needed — Just Bring the Energy
We’re not asking for a polished CV. Instead, send us:
1. A 1–2 minute video introducing yourself. Tell us:
- Who you are
- What lights you up
- Why you want to lead a club with us
We want to see your personality, passion, and people skills — not your Word doc skills.
? How to Apply
Email your video submission to: ••••@anytimefitness.com.au
Let’s Build Something Great
If you’re ready to lead with purpose, love being part of a supportive team, and can bring the vibe both on the floor and on camera — we can’t wait to meet you
