The Role
In this hands-on engineering role, you will lead critical design decisions, develop high performance core services, and steer the migration toward a modern decoupled architecture. The Tech Stack & Environment
- Core: Java 17+, Spring Boot 4.x, Microservices, Service-Oriented Architecture
- Strong technical depth in Java 17+ and Spring Boot microservices frameworks
- Proven background designing performant, resilient, decoupled cloud systems
- Hands-on experience or active engagement with contemporary Agentic AI coding assistants
- Proactive engineering leadership with a focus on code quality and developer enablement
- Clear communication skills for working alongside product management, QA, and business stakeholders
