About the role

Based in Sydney, you'll be the expert our customers call when the stakes are high. One day you're installing a new ultra-low freezer, the next you're fault finding. Expect a mix of field work across Sydney, with visits to the North of Sydney, and scheduled visits to Melbourne and Canberra a few times a year.

Key responsibilities

- Responding to breakdowns and emergency call-outs

- On-site servicing, maintenance and compliance checks

- Fault finding, diagnostics, workshop repairs and corrective actions

- Installing equipment at customer sites

- Delivering exceptional customer service and technical support

- Supporting the service team with defective product returns and occasional warehouse duties, including container unloading

About you

You take pride in getting it right the first time and leaving every customer confident in their equipment. You will bring:

- A genuine commitment to outstanding customer service

- Initiative and critical thinking, with the confidence to work independently





- Reliability, robust organisation and time management

- A calm, solution-focused approach under pressure

- A team player attitude

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- 3+ years' experience servicing refrigeration equipment

- Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence

- Disconnect / reconnect licence

- Current NSW unrestricted driver's licence
