About the Role

We’re looking for a Pharmacy Technology Trainer & Customer Success Specialist with strong retail/community pharmacy experience, a proven customer-service track record and confidence using technology to join the PharmaPrograms team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a brand-new role created to support the growth and adoption of the PharmaPrograms Pro platform across our pharmacy network and partners.
This position will be responsible for Western Australia, with travel to South Australia as required, and is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on delivering engaging product training, onboarding and ongoing user support, while building strong relationships with pharmacy teams to drive engagement and continued use of the platform.

Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across Commercial, Marketing and Customer Support, you’ll play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience, supporting pharmacy teams to confidently use the technology and contributing to the continued growth and success of PharmaPrograms Pro.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the execution of sales strategies and initiatives to drive adoption and ongoing use of the PharmaPrograms Pro platform.
- Deliver engaging product training, demonstrations, onboarding and ongoing user support to pharmacy teams, ensuring customers can confidently navigate and use the platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies and partners, acting as a key point of contact for platform, training and operational queries.
- Provide practical coaching and support to pharmacy teams, adapting your approach to different levels of technology confidence and experience.
- Proactively follow up leads, sales opportunities and customer enquiries, contributing to sales and platform adoption targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking and performance reporting, while capturing customer feedback and insights to support platform improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Leadership, Commercial, Marketing and Customer Support teams to align sales priorities, customer engagement and promotional activities.

Key Requirements

- Previous experience working within community or retail pharmacy, with a strong understanding of pharmacy workflow and the day-to-day operating environment.
- Demonstrated customer-service experience, with a track record of building trusted relationships and supporting customers in a face-to-face environment.
- Strong technology confidence and the ability to quickly learn new systems, platforms and software and explain them clearly to others.
- Demonstrated experience in training, coaching, onboarding, implementation or user/customer support, with the confidence to deliver engaging training and demonstrations.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills,

with the ability to engage effectively with pharmacy owners, pharmacists and pharmacy teams.
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and customer activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work autonomously in the field while collaborating effectively with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Support and Operations teams.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales reporting tools, with the ability to interpret sales data, pipeline activity and performance metrics.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout WA and to SA as required, visiting pharmacy partners and customers to support training, engagement and platform adoption.
