About the Role

As Team Leader, you'll own the day-to-day running of a team of mentors; from onboarding a new mentor or participant through to steady-state, reliable service delivery. You're the first point of contact for both your mentors and their families, the person who keeps the roster accurate and honest, and the one trusted to run your patch and use good judgment about what needs to be raised versus what you can sort yourself.

Key Responsibilities

- Onboarding: own the process from a recent mentor or participant match through to their first successful shift.

- Roster accuracy: keep your team's roster complete, correct and up to date at all times.

- Mentor support: run proactive, regular check-ins with mentors - catching availability changes, emerging issues and reliability risks before they become problems.

- Compliance & data hygiene:



run a structured roster audit each fortnight so ShiftCare stays the single source of truth for your team.
