About the role

As our Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for results, inspiring your community to exercise, growing the membership base of your club, nurturing leads and ensuring a strong team environment where the club and its members thrive.

Key responsibilities

- Handling incoming calls and lead enquiries, booking them in for club tours

- Taking prospects through a needs analysis and club tour, providing membership options to help them start their fitness journey

- Reaching monthly membership sales and retention targets

- Following and implementing the brand sales and service strategies

- Using the brand tools, scripts and procedures to build consistency and effectiveness

- Using the brand CRM system to manage communication of client connections

- Encouraging referrals and community lead generation activities

- Building relationships with clients through the delivery of customer service

- Networking with local business to create awareness and generate leads

- Converting leads to members and make an impact on the club's membership base growth targets

About you

- Minimum 12 months proven experience with face-to-face sales

- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to connect and build solid relationships quickly

- Can work towards targets with enthusiasm

- Enthusiastic sales focus; able to identify sales, service and marketing opportunities





- Hands-on, positive, can-do attitude

- Passionate about women's health and fitness

- Available to work across a range of early mornings, evenings and some weekends

- Ability to self-manage and achieve with minimum direction
