Brisbane Tank Manufacturing specialises in the fabrication of stainless-steel products with expertise in industries as diverse as dairy, mining, commercial, beverage and hospitality. We are seeking a Boilermaker with Tank Fabrication experience to join our team at our busy Clontarf metal workshop to support our growth.
Key responsibilities
- Fabrication of Stainless-Steel tanks and general Engineering equipment
- MIG/TIG welding of Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Duplex Steels
- Use of general hand power tools
- Operate machines e.g. saws, guillotines, brake press
- Assemble products
- Finishing & Polishing of Stainless Steel
- Reading & understanding of fabrication drawings
- Site work and overtime as required
About you
- Proficiency in TIG/MIG with purge welding experience and tank building
- OPEN driver's licence
- Construction card
- Able to work as part of a team, and independently
- Able to work to a high standard with minimal supervision
- Own reliable vehicle, Hi Vis shirt and steel cap boots
