The Role

As our Service Manager, you won’t just be managing schedules; you’ll be the architect of the customer experience. You will oversee a high-volume workshop, lead a team of skilled technicians and advisors, and ensure our operations are as high-performance as the vehicles we sell.

What You Bring to the Table

- Proven Experience: You have a solid track record as a Service Manager or Senior Assistant Service Manager within a franchised dealership with at least 3 years experience.

- Technical Savvy: While you're in the office, you speak the language of the workshop fluently.

- Leadership: You know how to build a team that actually wants to come to work.

- Adaptability: You can pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
