ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

We have a variety of roles and rosters available, so read below if you are interested! Salaries start from approximately $75,000 + Super to $110k + Super depending on the role.

The Positions:

- Site Management - 8/6 Roster
- Chef Leadership - 8/6 Roster
- Line Chef - 14/7 Roster
- Catering Utility - 14/7 Roster
- Administration - 14/7 Roster
- Housekeeper - 4/3 Roster
- Public Area Cleaner - 10/4 Roster
- Bar and Retail - 14/7 Roster

The Position:

As part of our team, you will:

- Develop your hospitality skills in a friendly and supportive environment
- Adhere to high standards of food safety and cleaning practices
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Contribute positively to a team-focused workplace

Experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly regarded:

- Hospitality Management
- Bulk food preparation and catering services.
- Cleaning and housekeeping
- Customer service experience in bar or admin setting.

The Person:

Successful applicants will demonstrate:

- Ability to follow direction and work effectively within a small team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, flexible, and professional attitude

Additional Requirements:

- Chefs must hold an Australian Trade Certificate in Cookery




- Must be able to provide work rights
- Must provide valid photo identification
- Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and drug screening
