Clean Beauty Market - We are looking for an exceptional leader and sales superstar on a part time or casual basis for 3-4 shifts per week at our vibrant retail store at Bondi Junction.
Clean Beauty Market (est. in 2017) is Australia's largest natural beauty store with 90+ brands including makeup, skincare, haircare, perfume and wellness products. A skincare lover's paradise!
A strong passion for sales and customer service is required for this role. Confidence and capability in assisting and advising customers on makeup and skincare advice including colour matching is essential. Our team provide exceptional customer service to every guest and take them on a journey through their makeup, skincare, hair routines to curate a personalised regime just for them.
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes, skills & qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales with a proven history of achieving goals and KPIs.
- Previous experience in a leadership role.
- A passion and willingness to learn about natural beauty and our brands.
- A can-do attitude and team player who is trustworthy and reliable.
- Must love customer service and have the ability to meet the needs of the customer and provide an exceptional in-store experience to all of our guests.
- Previous experience in beauty retail including makeup would be a strong advantage but not essential.
- A bubbly and confident personality and willingness to build community and loyalty around our store.
- Capability in processing and packing online orders and store pick ups throughout the day with strong attention to detail.
At least one weekend day availability is required for this role.
