Hearing Australia in Mackay is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support and empower clients with hearing health. The role starts with a two-week full-time training period and then part time hours (24 per week, Mon–Thu–Fri).
You’ll greet clients, handle enquiries, book appointments, process claims and assist clinicians, with opportunities to perform minor hearing aid repairs. The role serves diverse clients including children and those from multicultural backgrounds.
