Ingenia Communities is seeking a casual Guest Experience Officer at the Lake Macquarie Holidays site. You will be the welcoming face of the park, helping guests and residents have memorable experiences and a fun time.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing park information, converting bookings, upselling where appropriate, coordinating activities, and maintaining a clean, safe workplace. A Working with Children Check and a current automatic driver’s license are preferred.
