Communify Qld is seeking an Intake Worker to join the Springboard team in Spring Hill, Queensland. This part time fixed-term role (30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday) supports people accessing the 18-week program for AOD and co-occurring mental health needs, guiding them from enquiry through to program commencement.
You will conduct eligibility screening, coordinate intake activities, maintain participant contact between periods, and work with referrers to build supportive pathways.
