About the role:
At Mercedes-Benz Waverley, luxury, professionalism, and exceptional customer experiences are at the heart of everything we do. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in shaping memorable first impressions and representing one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands.

Key responsibilities:

- Act as the lead point of contact for all visitors and incoming enquiries




- Deliver a premium first impression, both in person and over the phone
- Oversee the day-to-day flow and presentation of reception
- Coordinate and maintain customer records and databases
- Liaise professionally with customers, suppliers, and couriers
- Manage stationery, supplies, and front-of-house organisation
- Maintain immaculate presentation across reception and guest lounge areas
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and dealership communications
- Provide proactive support to administration and management teams
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience

About you:

- You are a confident and polished professional who thrives in a rapid-paced, customer-focused environment and takes pride in owning your space.
- Proven experience in a reception or front-of-house role (dealership experience highly regarded)
- Strong ability to take initiative and manage priorities independently
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and personal presentation
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
