About the role
We are looking for a friendly, highly organised and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our close-knit financial planning team in Osborne Park.

This is a part-time role suited to someone seeking consistent hours in a supportive, family-style workplace. You’ll be the welcoming face of our business, ensuring our clients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk in or call.

This position suits someone who takes pride in precision, structure, and maintaining high standards across all aspects of their work. If you enjoy working with people, keeping things organised, and being part of a positive team environment, this role offers a great balance of responsibility and flexibility.

Key responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for clients – in person, over the phone and via email

Manage appointment scheduling for client reviews and meetings with accuracy

Maintain adviser diaries and boardroom bookings

Provide high-quality administrative support to the team

Prepare and maintain accurate client records in Xplan

Confirm appointments and manage meeting logistics

Handle incoming and outgoing mail with proper tracking

Maintain a well-organised and professional office environment

Assist with client engagement processes (e.g. birthday tracking, communications)





Run reports to support service delivery and compliance requirements

Support the Practice Manager and team with general administrative tasks

About you

You are meticulous, structured, and take accountability for getting the details right. You thrive in an environment where organisation, accuracy, and consistency are essential.

To be successful, you will have:

At least 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or administrative role

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in financial services or Xplan (preferred but not essential)

Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
