Warehouse All-Rounder – Full-Time | Bayswater
Finished school and wondering what comes next? Looking for your first full-time job and a career you can build on? Or perhaps you already have some warehouse experience and are looking for your next opportunity?
We’re looking for motivated Warehouse All-Rounders to join our team at our Bayswater Distribution Centre.
You don’t need years of warehouse experience to apply. If you have a good attitude, are reliable, enjoy practical hands‑on work and are willing to learn, we’re prepared to train you.
This could be a great opportunity for someone who has recently finished high school, is entering the workforce for the first time, or simply wants to build a long‑term career in warehousing, logistics and distribution.
About the Opportunity
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll learn different parts of our warehouse and distribution operation rather than doing the same task every day.
Working alongside an experienced team, you’ll receive on‑the‑job training and develop practical skills across:
Picking and packing customer and branch orders
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
Receiving and checking incoming stock
Putting stock away safely and accurately
Maintaining accurate stock locations
Assisting with stock counts and inventory control
Keeping warehouse and yard areas organised and protected
Learning safe materials‑handling and warehouse practices
Forklift operations once appropriately trained and licensed
What We're Looking For
Attitude is more important to us than having years of experience.
We’re looking for someone who:
Is reliable, punctual and ready to work
Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Enjoys practical, hands‑on work
Takes pride in doing a job properly
Can follow instructions and safety procedures
Is comfortable working as part of a team
Is willing to learn different areas of the warehouse
Wants an opportunity to develop skills and build a career
Previous warehouse, logistics, labouring or trade experience would be great, but it isn't essential.
A current forklift licence is also an advantage,
but don't let not having one stop you from applying.
A Career, Not Just a Job
We want to hear from people who are looking for an opportunity to get started and develop.
For the right person, this role provides the opportunity to learn about warehousing, distribution, inventory, transport and the building products industry, with the potential to take on greater responsibility as your skills and experience grow.
If you’ve recently finished school and aren’t sure what career direction you want to take, but know you're hardworking and prefer a practical environment, we’d encourage you to apply.
What We Offer
Full training and support – learn from experienced team members while you work
Career development – opportunities to develop across warehousing, inventory and distribution
Variety – gain exposure to different parts of our operation
Stable full‑time employment – become part of an established WA business
Supportive team environment – work alongside people who will help you learn
Safety‑focused workplace – training, systems and resources to help everyone work safely
Competitive remuneration – based on skills and experience
Ready to Get Started?
You don't need to have your whole career figured out.
If you're reliable, willing to learn and ready to put in the effort, we'd like to hear from you.
Things to consider
Please note that the final stages of our recruitment process require completed Background & Assessment Checks. This includes a current police clearance (issued within the last six months), checks on documentation and references which verify your identity and qualifications, and a medical assessment.
