The Benevolent Society in Cairns is seeking an Early Childhood Lead Educator on a permanent basis. The role can be 0.8 part-time (4 days per week) or full time, starting mid January 2026.

You will collaborate with Early Childhood Teachers and Educators to foster wellbeing, relationships, and learning through intentional teaching and partnerships. We offer above-ratio staffing, non-contact leadership support, admin assistance, and strong allied health collaboration.
