Care Talent is seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred care to clients across Portland, Hamilton, Colac and Warrnambool. You will help with daily living, meals and community access in a supportive team workplace.

We value experience in Australian disability services, a current driver’s licence, and the ability to work a rotating 24/7 roster. Training in Midazolam is highly regarded and medication handling is required.
