We’re looking for a talented, compassionate, and reliable Dog Groomer to join our friendly and professional team.

Job Description:

As a Dog Groomer at Brisbane Pet Motel, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of dogs one on one to help them look and feel their best. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a calm and positive environment for both pets and their owners. We’re looking for someone who is not only skilled but also loves working with animals!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform grooming services, including baths, haircuts, nail trimming and ear cleaning.

Handle dogs with care and ensure their comfort throughout the grooming process. We are a Fear Free based salon.





Communicate with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and provide recommendations.

Keep grooming tools and the salon clean and organised.

Maintain accurate records for each dog’s grooming needs and preferences.

Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with pet owners.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Dog Groomer.

Passion for working with dogs and their well-being.

Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments.

Strong attention to detail and grooming skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Able to complete 4-5 grooms a day.

Experience completing breed standard grooms to a high standard.
