Panorama Coaches is looking for reliable, friendly and safety-focused Relief School Bus / Coach Drivers to join our team based in Colac and Warrnambool .
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced driver who is looking for casual, flexible work without the commitment of a regular full-time schedule . Relief drivers provide valuable support when our regular drivers are unavailable due to illness, holidays or planned leave .

Locations: Colac & Warrnambool
The Role
As a Relief Driver, you will provide cover for school bus services and charter work when required. Shifts may vary depending on driver leave, illness and operational requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely operating school buses and coaches
- Providing reliable and friendly service to students, schools and charter passengers
- Maintaining a high standard of passenger safety and duty of care
- Completing daily vehicle safety checks
- Complying with road laws, fatigue management requirements and company policies
- Representing Panorama Coaches in a professional and courteous manner
About You
We're looking for drivers who are dependable, safety-conscious and enjoy working with people .
You will need:
- Current MR, HR or Heavy Vehicle Licence (essential)
- Valid STVic Driver Accreditation (essential)
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- A proven safe driving record
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and a reliable attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous bus or coach driving experience is highly regarded
