Insurance Account Manager - Fully Remote

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Insurance Broker / Account Manager to join an established brokerage in a fully remote position .

You will take responsibility for managing an existing portfolio of commercial clients, handling renewals, policy servicing and ongoing client relationships while working closely with insurers and internal support teams.

About the Role

As an Insurance Broker, you will manage your own portfolio of SME and commercial clients, providing skilled insurance advice and ensuring a high level of client service. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia while remaining part of an experienced and supportive broking team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage an existing portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Handle renewals, endorsements and ongoing policy servicing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers
- Negotiate renewal terms and coverage with insurers
- Provide professional advice across a range of commercial insurance products
- Prepare renewal recommendations and insurance documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve client coverage and support portfolio growth
- Maintain strong client retention and service standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal broking processes

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2years' insurance broking experience
- Strong knowledge of SME and commercial insurance products
- Experience independently managing a portfolio of clients
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage renewals and negotiate with insurers
- Highly organised and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Qualifications

- Tier 1 RG146 Insurance Broking qualification
- Ongoing commitment to professional development and compliance requirements

Working Arrangement
