FloQast is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer in Sydney to unblock customers across our Accounting Transformation Platform. You will own complex cases, troubleshoot with 4+ SME areas, and coordinate with Engineering during P2 incidents. The role requires hybrid work, solid communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
