We’re looking for a Site Foreman for Brisbane-based residential construction projects. You’ll coordinate day-to-day site operations and work with the Project Manager to keep construction safe, organised and on programme.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries and materials
- Plan daily activities and monitor progress against the construction programme
- Read drawings and specifications, raising queries when needed
- Check workmanship and identify quality issues early
- Monitor site safety and support compliance with WHS requirements
- Maintain site records and report progress, delays and issues to the Project Manager
- Coordinate defect rectification and support project handover

About you





- At least five years’ experience in residential construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Practical understanding of construction sequencing, quality and site safety
- Transparent communication and the ability to coordinate trades effectively
- An organised, hands-on approach to resolving site issues
- White Card, a current driver’s licence and Australian work rights
- A trade qualification, particularly carpentry, is preferred
- Knowledge of contract administration (CA) in residential construction is preferred
