IDP is the global leader in international education services. We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead change, adoption and business readiness across a major Oracle Fusion transformation in Melbourne, with hybrid working.

Reporting to the Business Readiness Lead, you will advise Finance and regional leaders, translate transformation design into outcomes, assess adoption risks and ensure changes are embedded from design to go-live.
