VMCH Ashwood is seeking a Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator to lead and deliver engaging lifestyle programs in our residential aged care community. You will oversee program planning, participant wellbeing, and social activities to promote independence and quality of life.
You will mentor Lifestyle Assistants and volunteers, tailoring plans to each resident’s interests and needs, while maintaining documentation and contributing to service improvements in a supportive, values-driven workplace.
