The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operation.

This role suits someone who understands that a good warehouse is built around accurate stock, disciplined transactions, organised locations and getting the right parts to the right place on time.

You will lead the day-to-day warehouse team while remaining actively involved in receipting, picking, inventory control, dispatch and solving issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily warehouse operations including receipting, put-away, picking, staging and dispatch
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock locations
- Ensure stock movements are recorded correctly in our ERP system
- Coordinate production picking and ensure jobs are supplied on time
- Manage cycle counts, stocktakes and investigate discrepancies
- Oversee spare parts and online order fulfilment
- Coordinate freight,



pickups and deliveries
- Work with Purchasing on shortages, backorders and supplier discrepancies
- Maintain an organised, clean and safe warehouse
- Allocate work and manage performance across the warehouse team
- Improve warehouse layout, flow and operating processes
- Drive accountability for stock and transaction accuracy

About You

We are looking for someone practical, organised and comfortable taking ownership.

You will ideally have:

- Strong warehouse, stores or inventory control experience
- Experience supervising or leading a warehouse team
- Good understanding of stock control and inventory accuracy
- Experience using ERP, inventory or warehouse management systems
- Confidence investigating discrepancies and fixing the underlying cause
- Ability to work with production, purchasing and other departments
- Robust organisation and follow-through
- Current forklift licence

Experience working in a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.

What We Are Looking For

This is not a desk-based management role.

We want somebody who is happy to be on the floor with the team, understands what is happening in the warehouse and makes sure the system matches the physical stock.

You need to be comfortable holding standards, solving problems and taking responsibility for the outcome.

Monday to Thursday, 6.00 am to 2.30 pm
Friday, 6.00 am to 12.00 pm
