General Pants in Erina, NSW, is seeking a driven Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and bring the GP brand to life on the shop floor. You will own store performance, drive commercial results and mentor the next generation of GP leaders from within.

With 2+ years in retail management and a customer-first approach, you will manage rostering, wage budgets and P&L;, oversee VM execution, and ensure loss prevention and stock control are in place.
