Aspect Personnel is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for a major food manufacturer in Melbourne's northern/western corridor. The role leads a site maintenance team across a high-care, high-volume production facility of about 200 staff, ensuring uptime, safety and regulatory compliance.
Reporting to the Group Maintenance Manager, you will direct preventative maintenance, manage budgets and collaborate with Operations, Quality and Safety teams to drive continuous improvement.
