Job Description

This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services.

About the Candidate

You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, facility staff and colleagues.



You understand you are a key representative of Plena Healthcare in residential aged care and the wider community.

- General AHPRA registration
- Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Full Australian working rights
