Dawn is looking for an experienced Full-Time Chef to join the kitchen team in Ocean Grove. You'll work alongside the Head Chef and existing kitchen team across breakfast, lunch and selected dinner services in a busy, established venue with a solid daytime trade and a growing Friday and Saturday night offering.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute ideas for specials and menu development
- Maintain great presentation, consistency and attention to detail
- Manage food costs, portion control and wastage
- Work across breakfast, lunch and selected dinner services
About you
- Strong experience in a busy commercial kitchen
- Genuine passion for food, produce and current food trends
- Organised, reliable and good to work with
- Availability across weekends and some evenings
- $78,000-$85,000 + super
- Secure full-time positionlse
