The Opportunity

To support our growth in Australia, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Representative who is excited by the opportunity to build business, develop customer relationships and actively grow our presence in the market.

We are deliberately open to someone at an early stage of their career. You do not need to arrive as a finished MedTech sales professional. We are looking for potential, commercial instinct, curiosity and the drive to succeed. We can teach you our products, technology and market – but you need to bring the energy and determination to create opportunities.

This is not a role for someone who wants to wait for leads to arrive. We are looking for a hunter: someone who enjoys identifying prospects, opening doors, getting in front of customers and turning opportunities into business.

What You Will Do

You will develop and grow your territory across Australia, working closely with our international commercial organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Actively prospecting and developing new customers across dermatology, skin cancer clinics, private practices and other relevant healthcare settings
- Identifying market opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline
- Developing relationships with physicians, clinic owners and other key decision-makers
- Demonstrating FotoFinder (and DermLite) solutions and communicating their clinical and commercial value
- Managing opportunities from initial contact through demonstration, proposal, negotiation and closing
- Developing existing customer relationships and identifying opportunities to expand our installed base
- Representing FotoFinder at conferences, workshops and customer events
- Maintaining accurate pipeline and customer information in our CRM
- Providing market and customer feedback to the wider organization




- Working closely with colleagues across Australia and our international teams in Germany and the US

The role will involve regular travel within the territory.

- Is commercially minded, ambitious and motivated by achieving results
- Learns quickly and has a genuine interest in medical technology and healthcare
- Is hands-on, pragmatic and comfortable working independently
- Brings a positive, resilient and solution-oriented attitude
- Is comfortable operating in an international and evolving organization
- Communicates confidently and professionally with healthcare professionals and business owners
- Is willing to travel regularly

Previous experience in MedTech, medical devices, healthcare, capital equipment or B2B sales would be an advantage, but we are also open to high-potential candidates from other commercial backgrounds who demonstrate the right aptitude and motivation.
