Service NSW is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Driver Tester at Armidale Service Centre to conduct practical driver licence tests and provide explicit, professional feedback, helping customers achieve milestones while upholding road safety standards.

The role combines customer service, assessment and compliance within a supportive team; part-time 20 hours per week with a rotating roster and base salary of approximately AUD 93,490–98,252 pro-rata, plus superannuation.
